Revelation 21:1-8

Revelation 21:1-8

As we near the conclusion of the Book of Revelation, we arrive at one of the most glorious promises in all of Scripture—the vision of the new heavens and the new earth. In this week’s sermon on Revelation 21:1–8, we are given a glimpse of consummated salvation—the glorious fulfillment of all that God has promised to His people. Revelation has often focused on the trials of the church and the coming judgment, but here, the veil is lifted to reveal the eternal joy and hope that awaits the faithful. We see the New Jerusalem, descending like a bride adorned for her husband, and we hear God’s own declaration: “Behold, I am making all things new.”

In this message, we explore:

The progressive structure of Revelation and how it builds to this climax. The Old Testament roots of the new creation vision, especially in Isaiah. The fulfillment of God’s covenant promise to dwell with His people. The glorious inheritance of those who overcome—and the sobering warning to those who reject the gospel. Join us as we consider the call to remain faithful to Christ in light of the eternal joy that awaits, and let the hope of the new creation shape your endurance today. 📖 “He who overcomes will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son.” – Revelation 21:7 🕊️ Come, Lord Jesus. #Revelation21 #NewCreation #ConsummatedSalvation #Faithfulness #ChristianHope #Endurance #BibleTeaching #Eschatology #LivestreamSermon #JesusIsComing
