In this modern world many things compete for our time and attention. People seem to be busier than they’ve ever been. Difficult decisions are made about what to prioritize and what to put aside. Why should Church be put in the former category? Because in the worship service God Himself is present. God communicates with His people through the Word preached and His people communicate with Him through prayer and singing. We invite you to join us on Sunday, the Lord’s Day, to meet with God.
Not only is God present in the worship service, but also it is in the worship service that the gospel is preached. Perhaps you think that you are not in need of the gospel, but consider the reality of death, which none can escape, consider the weight of your conscience and the guilt you feel for the sins you have committed. What is more pressing than this? Can you afford to put these things off? Every Lord’s Day we celebrate the resurrection of Christ, that death itself has been defeated for all in Him. We celebrate that the penalty for our sins has been paid on the cross of Christ, who died to atone for sin. There is nothing more important in the world.
We invite you to join us for worship on the Lord’s Day, to consider the message of Christ, to come to worship the Lord who made heaven and earth, and even to find rest for your soul in Him.
